Do you have a cancellation list?

There is no cancellation list. You can visit the online booking periodically, changes may occur daily.

How can cancel my appointment?

You can refer to the email confirmation you received when booking. You can also contact your stylist. Don’t have your stylist info handy call the salon (336-379-7750) and the directory will lead you to your stylist.

How should I come for my appointment? 

If you are coming for a Custom Curly Cut or Trim only. You should come with your hair freshly styled, curls defined in a soft and pliable state. It needs to be completely dry, unstretched  (no buns), and free from tangles.

If you are coming for color service. Please come with your hair clean and dry and in a detangled state. Or as your Specialist specified.

If you are coming for any other service your hair should be free from excessive tangling and product buildup. Heavy oils and butters can lead to excessive tangling and interfere with proper hydration and full curl potential. 

Do you charge to detangle?

Routine detangling comes with the territory. There is a charge for excessive tangles, that are a result of product buildup or shed hair buildup. If your hair hasn’t been detangled for days or weeks, and it takes more than the usual amount of time to detangle there will be a charge, or you may be asked to reschedule.

Do you do the Deva Cut?

We are certified in Deva Cutting. We have been certified since 2014. We have completed both level 1 and Advanced including the Pintura color method.

Do you do Rezo Cut?

Yes, we are certified in the Rezo Method. We were certified in 2017.

What is The Curl Company Cutting Concept?

Good Question. This technique was developed by our team from years of working with a very diverse clientele, with every texture in the spectrum and realizing that one cut does not fit everyone. The Curl Company Concept Brings balance blending and customization together to fit your texture, type, face, and most importantly your desired look. The Concept Cut is a blending of all of our education and experience to come up with a technique that all of our clients have come to love.

What is included in the Full-Service Curly Session?

Custom Cut/Shape, Detox Cleanse, Hydration treatment to establish and stabilize moisture. (Detox mask and Scalp Scrub can be added)

We then choose the best products for your care routine and we use those products to define your curls. The suggested products will be available for purchase. You will also get curl coaching.

You will do a portion of the product application and define your curls to ensure you can execute this at home. Your curls will be set under the dryer or diffused. Finally, your curls will be fluffed and your shape will be checked for complete balance. You will have all you need to take care of your Curls.

Do you offer services for kids?

We offer services for children at the same rates as our normal service rates. We only offer services for children who are accustomed to the salon experience and consenting.
