CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment time. You will need to use the link in your confirmation email to cancel. If you are unable to find your email you must contact your stylist within that 72 hour period. If you are trying to cancel using the link and you are unable to, this means you are outside of the cancellation period and you need to contact your stylist for assistance.
Deposits are nonrefundable, they will be transferred to rescheduled appointments, if you reschedule within the allotted time. For all appointments that are cancelled outside of the 72 hour window there will be a fee assessed. The amount could be up to the full cost of the services scheduled and may be charged to the card on file. If you cancel in excess, future appointments may not be available. If you cancel within the 72 hours you will receive a credit in the amount of your deposit that will go toward your next appointment, scheduled within 30 days. This amount is not transferable to anyone else. It cannot be used to purchase products or goods.
Please note all cancellations are subject to the above actions. We are unable to make exceptions.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Mask are optional in the salon space unless otherwise posted or stated. We ask you to notify your stylist as soon as you detect any symptoms of a cold or flue like symptoms to avoid forfeiting your deposit and incurring applicable fees. If you cancel outside allotted time policies will be applied.
Your temperature may be taken before your service. We clean each area after each client to protect against spread of any illnesses or infections. We require all clients to properly wash their hands after visiting the rest room.
In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, we will continue doing our part to stop the spread of disease and infections.
We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of the utmost importance to us and will continue to be a priority moving forward.
